Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak cacing tanah pada pakan terhadap pertumbuhan sintasan dan konversi pakan larva ikan nila (Oreochromis Niloticus). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan (30 hari) terhitung mulai tanggal 5 Desember 2021 sampai 3 Januari 2022. Di Pusat Produksi Benih Ikan dan Lobster Tawar Unggul dan Berkualitas program studi Budidaya Perairan Fakultas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perikanan Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. Pada penelitian ini metode yang dilakukan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu A, B, C dan D. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuha berat tertinggi pada larva ikan nila didapatkan pada perlakuan D (2.5 gram), C (2.3 gram), B (2.2 gram) dan terendah pada perlakuan A (1.9 gram). Pada kelangsungan hidup (sintasan) tingkat tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan D (71 %), C (65 %), selanjutnya B (61 %) dan terendah A (55 %). This study aims to determine the effect of adding earthworm extract to feed on survival growth and feed conversion of tilapia ( Oreochromis niloticus ) larvae. This research was carried out for one month (30 days) starting from December 5, 2021 to January 3, 2022. At the Center for Production of Superior and Quality Fresh Fish and Lobster Seeds, the Aquaculture study program, Faculty of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Muhammadiyah University of Parepare. In this study, the method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments, namely A, B, C and D. The results of this study showed that the highest weight growth of tilapia larvae was found in treatment D (2.5 grams), C (2.3 grams), B (2.2 grams) and the lowest was in treatment A (1.9 grams). In survival (survival) the highest rate was found in treatment D (71%), C (65%), then B (61%) and the lowest was A (55%)
