The article explores on the negative effects of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) on cultural and religious identity of a nation. ICT is one of the most important instrument in globalization. However, globalization promotes cultural, religious and identical conflict in national and international level. It is also suggested that globalization which resulted from the use of ICT has increased the basic conflict among old and new cultures, and between secularism and religion.
