UMKM hasil t hitung < t tabel yaitu-0,233 < 1,985 dan nilai probability sebesar 0,817 > 0,05, hal ini berbeda dengan variabel pengetahuan dengan kinerja UMKM dengan hasil t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,698 >1,985 dan nilai probability sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, hal sama juga diperoleh variabel kemampuan SDM terhadap kinerja dimana hasilnya 4,218 > 1,985, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel bebas ada pengaruh yang positif maupun negatif dan signifikan atau tidak signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Abstract Micro, small and medium businesses are one of the most viable business groups when the economic crisis hit the country. The development of the number of micro small and medium business units continues to increase, of course it will be able to open up large employment opportunities. However, this small business is still seen as a weak business. To overcome the performance so that of course micro, small and medium enterprises need the development of quality human resources. Quality improvement is needed especially in terms of skills, knowledge and abilities in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine how much influence the Skills, Knowledge, and Capability of Human Resources on the Performance of Furniture Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in Sebani Village, Pasuruan City. In this study, researchers used quantitative and qualitative research methods. The technique used in sampling uses the saturated sampling method. The results of this study indicate that there is a contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable 54.5%. By showing the F test the skills, knowledge, and abilities of Human Resources with the results of F count> F table is 40.119> 2.70 which explains the positive and significant effect on the performance variable of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. T test of the skill variable with the performance of Micro Small Medium Enterprises results of t count <1.985 and probability value of 0.817> 0.05, this is different from the knowledge variable with the performance of Micro Small Medium Enterprises with t count> t the table is 3.698> 1.985 and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, the same is also obtained by the variable Human Resources ability on performance where the results are 4.218> 1.985, this shows that each independent variable has a positive or negative effect and is significant or insignificant with respect to the dependent variable.
