Abstract

Personal rights are considered as genuine subjective rights with civil nature. They are fundamental rights, and we look for their link with the constitutional principle of "Good Living" settled in the Ecuadorian Constitution of 2008. What can be gathered from it is a series of rights and social, economic, environmental and political nature guarantees to reach the sumak kawsay.
