Abstract

In the field of research, the system “membrane computing” was originated and motivated, by the organization and working of a living cell and particularly, by the role of membranes into compartments of living cells into “protected reactors.” The computing model in this area is called P system named after the scientist Paun. In the computer science field, diagram shows a major role to represent information and they are found to be more suitable than text. In such cases, it is easy to manipulate higher dimensional structures like graphs in information processing other than linear structure such as strings. This novel idea forms a great motivation for developing graph grammars and graph languages. The proposed objective based on the notions of membrane computing and edNCE graph grammars generating directed graphs with labeled edges and nodes and encouraged by the structure and working of a living cell, and also the mechanism of graph transformations paved the way to introduce rewriting graph P system. In this research article, the set of all L-shaped graphs with equal arm lengths using this device was generated.
