Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To assess the benefits and harms of remote digital monitoring for adults with selected chronic diseases (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, and asthma) in primary healthcare settings.
