Abstract

Most teachers have received encouragement to use technology in the classroom with little expectation or enforcement of the actual usage for instructional purposes. However, the current pandemic has dramatically increased the demand on teachers’ time and ability to use technology, and also the need for teachers to use technology effectively and efficiently. Video-based instruction as a main teaching tool in physical education did not receive much attention before the COVID-19 crisis.
