Based on the ICPP model, this paper analysis the problems on college teacher's educational technology training in China from four aspects the background, resource input and training course, the training result esc, applying empirical research method and literature research method. It proposed that College Teacher's Educational Technology Training in China lacks analysis to learn functions, learn-motivation and teacher's role, and proposed that resource input is too much to the hardware, lacking integration of resources. In view of this, it proposed advice that forward analysis college teacher's learn features, stimulate their motivation, hierarchical, classifying and gradually to promoting esc. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
