Abstract

The paper proposes a new application of biomolecular computing to processing of ex vivo fragment of computer controlled immune system. Our approach involves two basic components: the immunocomputing computational paradigm and a protein biochip to provide a direct interface between the immune system and the computer hardware. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2003.
