Abstract

In recent years, the manufacturing technology of microcircuit modules has entered the era of micro-assembly. The characteristics of microcircuit module assembly, such as long manufacturing process, multi-variety, variable batch and variable orders, lead to a great difficulty in the production management of microcircuit modules, which seriously affects the operation efficiency of the production line. By studying the characteristics and requirements, an intelligent manufacturing framework suitable for microcircuit module manufacturing was built. After the upgrading of hardware and software conditions, the smart factory has a lot of intelligent functions. The order information and processing program could automatically send to the production facility. The key data of production process could be uploaded automatically in real time. The bill of production material automatically decomposed to a single working procedure. The Advanced Planning and Scheduling system could adjust production resources in real time. The multi-units could collaboratively work in order. The quality problems could be efficiently solved by the expert decision-making system. The microcircuit module smart factory has realized the shortening of the development cycle of microcircuit modules by 20%, the reduction of product defect rate by 25%, and the reduction of production line operation cost by more than 20%. It has effectively improved the scientific, efficient and agile management of production organization. At the same time, in the process of construction, a lot of intelligent software and hardware products, a series of replicable intelligent manufacturing solutions were formed, which would guide the intelligent construction of microelectronics assembly and micro-system integration.
