Total quality management is the assurance of the quality suspecting in an organization and continuous improvement with the entire employees are actively participating in the improvement of the organization. The main aim is to achieve organization's aims and goals. This research will firstly about the quality management issues with respect to Emirates Airlines and how they improved after the implementation of total quality tools. Emirate airlines are one of the best airlines in the world and they are ranked as the sixth among all.
