Abstract

This chapter illustrates the biostatistical human genetics with an introduction to the T-Test, and the Manhattan Plots in statistics using Human Genetic Data concepts leading to procedures for Statistical Tests and Utilities for Genetic Association. Several R packages are chosen: iGasso, GenABEL, and HardyWeinberg.
