Elbow osteoarthritis is a diffuse disabling disease resulting in pain and dysfunctional mobility. Arthroscopy provides excellent pain relief and mobility recovery in selected cases. This is a safe technique given the low complications and reoperation rates, but challenging to carry out and can cause potential nerve damage. In limited ROM, ulnar nerve isolation is recommended before arthroscopy. Preoperative motion is one of the main prognostic factors, and arthroscopy is highly recommended in subjects with a 90° or higher preoperative ROM.
