Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan tidak lepas dari pembentukan calon guru. Dengan demikian, dibutuhkan kesiapan agar membentuk calon guru berkualitas yang terus berkembang seiring perubahan zaman. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan 21 st century skills dan self efficacy dengan kesiapan menjadi guru mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Geografi FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 47 mahasiswa angkatan 2017 yang telah lulus pengajaran mikro. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik korelasi ganda, diperoleh persamaan regresi Y ̂ = 20,35 + 0,41X 1 + 0,69X 2 dan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,82 artinya terdapat hubungan sangat kuat dengan koefisien determinasi ganda sebesar 67,24%. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan Fhitung(45,43)> F tabel (3,21) pada taraf signifikansi 5% berarti H a diterima, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara 21 st century skills dan self efficacy dengan kesiapan menjadi guru mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Geografi FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala. Kata Kunci: hubungan, 21 st century skills, self efficacy, kesiapan menjadi guru ABSTRACT Education cannot be separated from the formation of prospective teachers. Therefore, readiness is needed in order to form qualified teacher candidates who continue to develop along with the changing times. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of 21 st century skills and self efficacy with the readiness to become a teacher of Geography Education Department students, FKIP Syiah Kuala University. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research. The population in the study was 47 students of the 2017 class who had passed micro teaching. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple correlation statistics, the regression equation í µí±Œ ̂ = 20,35 + 0,41X1 + 0,69X2 and multiple correlation coefficient of 0,82 means that there is a very strong relationship with a multiple determination coefficient of 67,24%. The results of the significance test show F count (45,43)> F table (3,21) at a significance level of 5% which means H a is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between of 21 st century skills and self efficacy with the readiness to become a teacher of Geography Education Department students FKIP Syiah Kuala University.
