This research aimed to obtain an explanatory findings were tested on the effect of (1) work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, (2) work motivation on employee performance, (3) work discipline on employee performance, (4) work motivation on work discipline of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Singaraja. The research design used in this study was causal quantitative. The subject of this research were of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Singaraja and object of this research work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The population of research amounted 32 employees. The data were collected by questionnaire for collect data of work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The data were analyzed by path analyzed. The result of the research showed that: (1) work motivation and work discipline had significant effect of employee performance, (2) work motivation had significant effect of employee performance, (3) work discipline had significant effect of employee performance, (4) work motivation had significant effect of work discipline at PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Singaraja
