Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the issue of misinformation is expanded in academic fields. Using the bibliometric data in the recent decade, we employ network analysis on author keywords to reveal the evolution of the academic network. Our results show that the academic areas in terms of misinformation-relevant topics have been grown rapidly and the author keywords network turn out to be complicated. This paper indicates that the theme of misinformation becomes more critical in academia, which leads us to estimate the impact thereof in the real world.
