Abstract

In this chapter, we introduce the dual themes of teacher learning and classroom assessment, and describe three stances (training stance, practice stance, and inquiry stance) to examine the relationships between these two themes.We then situate the case study chapters in the Asia-Pacific contexts and map out the structure of the book.
