The transformation of scientific and technological progress leads to the rapid dissemination of knowledge, it is the age of the data. Business intelligence aims to collect data for decision-making. The term Institutional Intelligence is suitable for use in the University. The realization of the value chain are administrative units. Thus, the problems that threaten IT services, has its origin in inadequate implementation. In the aspects of management can not forget that the end users, as through the effective use of data products can create value for the University. It is known that there are limitations and the impact it can have on the initiative tends to drop.
