Abstract

Action research conducted at SMA Negeri I Blega aims to improve dribbling skills in mini soccer games through the method of playing in small groups. The research was conducted on 35 students of class X SMA Negeri I Blega, consisting of 17 male students and 18 female students. This action research was conducted through a cycle consisting of four actions, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner with the stage of completing data reduction, concluding whether in the action there was an improvement in the process and learning outcomes, follow-up as an effort to improve, then calculating the average value to determine the value of students' completeness in performing dribbling techniques in soccer games mini ball. The results of the analysis obtained by the researcher illustrate that there is an increase in the average value of the initial observation results by 25.71% to 31.43% in cycle 1. Furthermore, in cycle 2 there is an increase in dribbling skills in mini soccer games by 85.715. Based on the results of this action research, innovative methods and techniques are needed in carrying out the learning process so that it is more effective. In addition, by using game models in the learning process students can be more active and more interval following the learning delivered by the teacher.
