Abstract

As the time on site of Internet social services increases, it is important to develop a systematic framework that facilitates good social experience design. As an analogy of user experience design, it is natural to lead to "social experience design." In this paper, the author discusses research questions involving social experience design. Then, the author provides a three-dimensional view model that facilitates systematic approaches toward better social experience design. Finally, the author provides a layered view model of social experience design for one of the above-proposed dimension of approaches. © 2014 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
