Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To determine the effectiveness and safety of fertility preservation strategies including controlled ovarian hyper stimulation with freezing oocytes/embryos or ovarian suppression with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists in premenopausal women with cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
