Abstract

Based on thin film antenna development demand, through the “roll to roll” continuous production technology, complete the production of high accuracy antenna long film sample production which enhance the efficiency of the antenna and reduce the antenna weight and volume, to lay the foundation for film antenna manufacturing technology. Selecting the film base material and the polyimide copper clad as the research object. Breakthrough the graphics segmentation and compensation, continuous exposure process, continuous etching process, material deformation and swell-shrink compensation technology. Based on the requirement of long thin film continuous production, design and manufacture of membrane materials continuous rolling equipment, including the rolling, tension control and action mechanism system Etc. Based on this technology can make greater than 100 m sub-block unit circuit which sub-block unit circuit graphics or less accuracy 0.02 mm, the position accuracy meets the requirement. Research used in thin film antenna development, popularization and application in other field. Through the key bottleneck breakthrough technology made possible the development and production of equipment.
