Abstract

Communication is a key strategic factor in organizational success and deserves careful attention. While formal conversation events may not be practical, small shifts in typical processes based on the underlying values of conversation can be made. We suggest that these have potential to contribute to company goals. © 2005 Springer Science + Business Media, Inc.
