Abstract

A b s t r a c tThe purpose of this research was to determined and analyzed job satisfaction and employee performance also the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at The Hotel Harper Purwakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive and explanatory survey method with the population were employees of The Hotel Harper Purwakarta and with a sample of 69 respondents, the method of data analysis used is a simple regression with data analysis tool SPSS 20. Based on the results of the research concluded that employee job satisfaction at The Hotel Harper Purwakarta Hotel Bandung is in the high category, the performance of the employees of The Hotel Harper Purwakarta Hotel Bandung is in the high category also, and job satisfaction take effects the performance of employees of The Hotel Harper Purwakarta Hotel Bandung. As for the determination coefficient (R2) of job satisfaction on employee performance is 46.60% while 53.40% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not examined of this research. A b s t r a kTujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepuasaan kerja dan kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh kepuasaan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Harper Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey deskriptif dan eksplanatori dengan populasi  karyawan Hotel Harper Purwakarta dan sampel sebesar 69 responden menggunakan  metode  analisis data berupa regresi linier sederhana, yakni alat analisis data SPSS 20. Kemudian dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan masuk dalam kategori tinggi dan kinerja karyawan masuk dalam kategori tinggi juga serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada  Hotel Harper Purwakarta. Adapun koefieisien determinasi (R2) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar  46,60% sementara itu kinerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini sebesar 53,40%.
