Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic economy's vision of the trade union strategy in the labor market, and the study sought to define the concepts of monopoly, pricing and related wages. The study also aimed to elicit the bases on which to determine the wages in the labor market within the framework of an Islamic economy. The researcher followed the inductive approach to presenting the economists ’opinions on the strategy of trade unions, as well as the opinions of jurists in pricing, monopoly and wages. He also used the Deductive approach to analyze the role of trade unions within the framework of an Islamic economic view. The study concluded to provide practical proposals for mechanisms for determining wages in an Islamic economy. The study also identified the basic criteria for determining wages.
