This study aims to identify the influence of the leadership level in the organizational learning process, based on the concepts of thrusters and inhibiting factors of organizational learning. The methodological procedures have a qualitative approach, inductive method, with descriptive and exploratory research. The study is developed from multicases study through questionnaires with professionals from two companies from southern Santa Catarina region. Analyzing the results of research it was possible to understand how the factors that facilitate (or not) the learning process in organizations, are related to how to lead their managers.
