Abstract

Formative assessment is a systematic evaluation method that improves the professional standards continuously and gets feedback constantly during the process of education and teaching, so as to improve the teaching. It carries out in the education and teaching activities with the objective is to identify deficiencies in the work of teachers, in order to provide a basis for continuous improvement of teaching. In this paper the author constructs 17 indices including two levels and uses AHP as an indicator to complete each weight distribution and lays a foundation for establishing a scientific, reasonable and feasible evaluation index system. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
