Abstract

We identify a variety of areas and topics that have received relatively little attention hitherto or where there are significant residual problems, following earlier researches. Questions of interest both to palaeontologists and neontologists are emphasized. They are presented in the hope of stimulating new researches on themes presently neglected. © 1999 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
