The understanding of chemical reactions at the microscopic level correspond to fundamental challenges for the physical-chemistry and the biophysics. The elementary steps of a reaction often correspond to very short lived transitional states between reactants and products [1--8]. At the molecular level, the lifetime of transient steps (t ≤ 10-12 s) correspond to angström or subangström displacements.
