Abstract

In this paper is used the word Human Resources and not Human Resources, this is to remind that in Islam known the concept of Insan Kamil, or the whole man. Amanah held by an SDI manager in addition to increasing employee productivity to achieve maximum corporate profits also deliver employees through his work towards makom kamil man who blessed Allah SWT. The Shari'ah Business View to Human Resources (Insani) that Abdullah (servant of Allah) and Kholifah. Human Capital (human) quality consists of ability, expertise, knowledge, nutrition, life expectancy, skill, and attitude (Attitude), from person (worker).Dalam tulisan ini digunakan kata Sumber Daya Insani dan bukan Sumber Daya Manusia, hal ini untuk mengingatkan bahwa dalam islam dikenal adanya konsep Insan Kamil, atau manusia seutuhnya. Amanah yang dipegang seorang manajer SDI selain meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan untuk mencapai laba perusahaan yang maksimal juga mengantarkan karyawan melalui pekerjaanya menuju makom insan kamil yang diridhoi Allah SWT. Pandangan Bisnis Syari‟ah terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia (Insani) bahwa Abdullah (hamba Allah) dan Kholifah. Mutu Modal Manusia (insani) terdiri dari kemampuan, keahlian, pengetahuan, nutrisi, harapan hidup, keahlian, dan sikap (Attitude), dari seseorang (pekerja).Keyword: Human Resources, Human Capital Quality and Islamic Economy
