Abstract

According to the reports of the multilateral and national organizations, the number of people with disabilities (PwD) have increased progressively in the world and the major area in which they develop their skills is in work. Therefore, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems should be concerned with their integration and effective compliance with standards that seek to ensure and dig- nified the conditions in the workplace. The current challenges involve properly integrating the PDCA cycle, labor standards and applying reasonable adjustments in work.
