Biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) has been widely used as the implanted material for hard tissue replacement in the biomedical field. In this study, BCP nano powders were synthesized using precipitation method with ultrasonic assistant and calcined at 1100, °C for phase transformation. BCP powders were characterized by various techniques like XRD, FTIR and TEM. Besides, their ability to infiltrate the dentine tubule of demineralized dentin was investigated through a comparison of the size of dentine tubules and particle-sizes.
