This trial aimed at evaluating three methods to distribute seedlings from Schinus terbinthifolia and Peltophorum dubium species for rearrangement of ciliary forests. Their growth changes in height and diameter were used as parameters during six terms in one year. The studied methods were: seedlings randomized distributed in 2 × 2 m; seedlings individually distributed in a randomized design and seedlings randomized distributed in groups by three, using a 1 to 1.5 m row distance. The growth regarding diameter and height of the observed species is straightly related to the studied periods, rearrangement treatment and species. As a conclusion, it was registered that the seedling treatment individually distributed in a randomized design was the best answer regarding the average growth of diameter.
