PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) SECARA ONLINE DENGAN EDMODO UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA SISWA SMK NEGERI PRINGSURAT

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning using the CTL approach online with Edmodo on increasing motivation and learning outcomes in Physics on the concept of static fluids. This research includes classroom action research, the population of this research is class X students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering at Pringsurat Temanggung Vocational School in the 2020/2021 academic year. Learning outcome data were obtained from posttest scores, while motivational data were collected by questionnaire. To find out the initial ability of students is done by pretest test. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the online CTL approach with Edmodo in cycle I was 83.13% and in cycle II was 90.00% with an increase of 6.87%. Motivation to learn in the first cycle is 50.45 and in the second cycle is 71.12 with an increase of 20.67. Students' understanding of concepts in the cognitive aspect obtained an average score before the action, namely 74.64, in cycle I, namely 75.45 with an increase of 0.81, and in cycle II, namely 81.97 with an increase of 6.25. Student learning outcomes in the psychomotor aspect obtained an average score in cycle I, namely 67.71 and in cycle II, namely 85.38 with an increase of 17.67. Student learning outcomes in the affective aspect obtained an average score in cycle I, namely 77.04 and in cycle II, namely 85.23 with an increase of 8.19. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan CTL secara online dengan Edmodo terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar Fisika pada konsep Fluida statis. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas, populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Negeri Pringsurat Temanggung Tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Data hasil belajar diperoleh dari nilai posttest, sedangkan data motivasi dikumpulkan dengan angket. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa dilakukan dengan uji pretest. Hasil penelitian adalah keterlaksanaan pendekatan CTL secara online dengan Edmodo pada siklus I yaitu 83,13% dan pada siklus II yaitu 90,00% dengan peningkatan sebesar 6,87%. Motivasi belajar pada siklus I yaitu 50,45 dan pada siklus II yaitu 71,12 dengan peningkatan sebesar 20,67. Pemahaman konsep siswa pada aspek kognitif diperoleh rata-rata nilai sebelum tindakan yaitu 74,64, pada siklus I yaitu 75,45 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,81, dan pada siklus II yaitu 81,97 dengan peningkatan sebesar 6,25. Hasil belajar siswa pada aspek psikomotor diperoleh rata-rata nilai pada siklus I yaitu 67,71 dan pada siklus II yaitu 85,38 dengan peningkatan sebesar 17,67. Hasil belajar siswa pada aspek afektif diperoleh rata-rata nilai pada siklus I yaitu 77,04 dan pada siklus II yaitu 85,23 dengan peningkatan sebesar 8,19.
