The rise of Verbal Bullying cases that occur in the school environment has its own influence on the development of student behavior, especially in shaping the character of students. Verbal bullying can have a negative impact on victims and perpetrators. Impacts on victims such as low self-confidence, unable to interact and socialize properly, are easily angry, and tend to be moody. However, in the field it was found that not all students respond verbally to bullying, even students tend to be indifferent and consider verbal bullying as commonplace. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, observation and documentation. The technical analysis used is correlation coefficient, significance test with t test, and determination coefficient. The research study was conducted on MTs Karangmangu. The results showed that there was a strong influence between verbal bullying that occurred in the school environment towards the behavioral development of students in MTs Karangmangu Krangkeng-Indramayu. And the determination coefficient test obtai MTs Karangmangu Krangkeng-Indramayu ned a value of 56%, this shows that the influence of verbal bullying in the school MTs Karangmangu Krangkeng- Indramayu environment on the behavior development of students in was 56% and the remaining 44% was influenced by other factors.
