Abstract

This chapter discusses cases and the development processes and methods for social entrepreneur open innovation (OI)-based business models (BMs). To start, two business model cases for social entrepreneurs are introduced. Afterward, the five steps in the social entrepreneur business model circle are explained with key factors and templates.
