Abstract

A 35-year-old male had a history of end-stage renal disease. Three months prior to presentation, he received a renal transplant. Other medical problems include: diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and bipolar disorder. He had normal coronaries and left ventricular function by cardiac catheterization. © Springer-Verlag London Limited 2011.
