Abstract

In our paper we focus on the usage of different kind of "honest" signals for the automatic prediction of two personality traits, Extraversion and Locus of Control. In particular, we investigate the predictive power of four classes of speech honest signal features (Conversational Activity, Emphasis, Influence, and Mimicry), along with three fidgeting visual features by systematically comparing the results obtained by classifiers using them. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
