Abstract

Medicine is being benefited from the advances in Virtual Reality (VR) and Intelligent Tutor Systems (STI) by uses of systems that offers more detailed ways to diagnose a patient and by creating improved techniques in the teaching and training of students. The Case Study is the woman breast and the procedure Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology applied in Mastology. For this matter, 3D modeling is being used to create the 3D objects used in RV. This paper is an overview of the Medical Simulation Platform (MSP) and its application in Mastology.
