Abstract

Communication is a process of issuing a message and sending it in an encrypted manner, through a channel of communication to a recipient for interception. Communication is effective only if the transmitter message is decoded and interpreted by the receiver with the same meaning. Communication can be disrupted by the appearance of negative factors that influence it. Some authors in the field of communication sciences group factors that negatively influence communication as communication barriers (Niki Stanton, Nicolescu & VERBONCU Ion-Ovidiu Pânişoarǎ etc.), others as noise (Shannon-Weaver, Denis McQuail to). In effective communication, barriers can become the greatest impediment to progress in professional and personal life.
