PENENTUAN INDIKATOR KINERJA BANGUNAN GEDUNG PENDIDIKAN

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the damage of Polytechnic Post, Bandung State Polytechnic, and Polytechnic Manufacturing buildings; either through visual inspection and testing, as well as non-destructive test for latent damage. From this research can also be calculated the weight of each building component which is reflected in the performance of the reliability requirements of the building, such as the security, safety, health, comfort and accessibility of building requirements. The results can be used for future reference in assessing the performance of the building considering that to date there has been no agreement on what factors that can be used as a measurement standard and become the common rule in identifying the extent of the damage
