Abstract

Implementing an ERP system, usually leads to a long-lasting and expensive project with several particularities that mostly have as consequences fails which leads to the failure of that implementation. That explains the importance of evaluating the success of an ERP project in the postimplementation phase and thus know how the ERP project has achieved their initial defined objectives. In this article is being presented a systematic revision of the researches made to the post-implementation phase of an ERP project with the purpose to investigate and identify the factors that have contributed to the success of those systems. A total of 73 articles of a 10-year period (2004-2015) were selected. The factors that helps to the early mentioned are a good project management, having well defined objectives from the beginning and the proper training of work teams.
