Abstract

In this chapter we analyze food crops (cassava, maize, millet and sorghum), a cash crop (coffee) and livestock in Uganda. Next section describes the household survey data. The institutional arrangements for the different crops are briefly presented in Sect. 7.2. Sections 7.3 and 7.4 present the farmgate price simulation results from the model and the household welfare simulations.
