Abstract
Male transsexuals wish to appear as feminine as pos-sible. Many of them request on the face supraorbital ridge reduction (Lintilhac operation), rhinoplasty, and chin reduction and on the neck Adam's apple reduction. It is a simple operation. It was taught to us long ago by Lintilhac, who innovated this technique. © Springer-Verlag 2008.
