PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA TANAH TERHADAP SERTIFIKAT GANDA DI BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL

Abstract

The land is very important to the human life. Of course not only in their life, until they died they will need a land. The importance of land makes people want to obtain and conquer it. The will of obtain a land will enventualy make a dispute of a land. One of its problems is create a double (overlapping) certificate. Double certificate occur because of there two certificate in one plot of land that issued officialy by the National Land Agency. As a result of the overlapping of rights in a part or whole, it cause a dispute between the parties. Issue that will disquss is, what is the factor that cause a double certificate in the National Land Agency. The process of completion is resolve by mediation, follow by the process of mediation conducted by the National Land Agency by providing one of the parties paying the agreed compensation.
