The measurement of the performance in education requires a skill in the management of the evaluation performance. A science known in companies but remains complexly applicable in education, because of the complexity of the variables that govern it on the one hand, but also because of the performance management systems used in universities, relying instead on publications, ranking, quality standardization, access to job market, etc. The performance of the students is well diluted in a context of “measurement”, which is global to the educational institution and not specific to them. This reflection has led us to develop an Algorithm of Student Performance adapted to Bachelor Master Doctorate system (LMD), governed by a database containing only the exam scores and information identifying the students. Thus, if university teaching claims to be successful, then it is obvious that the measure of this performance becomes necessary.
