Abstract

Laboratory safety precautions are the integral part of any laboratory. This chapter discusses the various aspects of the laboratory safety precautions including general security, fire hazards, chemical hazards and the transmission of infection. In addition the chapter also covers the disposal of the laboratory waste materials.
