Abstract

Designed to provide clinical knowledge in a convenient format, Textbook of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition highlights the most common clinical concerns seen on a regular basis by the practicing pediatric gastroenterologist. Covering issues relevant for the diagnosis and treatment of a full range of problematic conditions, including nutritional disorders, the book is an up-to-date, reliable clinical primer on the disorders and diseases that may affect the gastrointestinal tract in neonates and children. Reflecting a new vision for cooperation among pediatric gastroenterologists in response to the globalization of information that the Internet has catalyzed, the book takes a comprehensive approach. It offers, in one cohesive package, information that illustrates the different realities of common gastroenterological and nutritional problems in different patients and different clinical settings.
