Abstract

Aim: This study investigated the relationship among nurses' job satisfaction factors and intention to quit in hospitals type C. Background: High nursing turnover is still becoming a problem facing many countries including Indonesia. The previous study in Indonesia showed that nurses more inclined to quit them and moving work to other hospitals or else.
