Abstract

This article focuses on the social responsibilities of business. It was said that companies should be held responsible for the impact of their activities on groups and individuals within society. Factors that led companies to issue sustainability reports and have corporate responsibility sections on their Web sites is identified. The emergence of Socially Responsible Investment community is discussed.
